Prices listed below are starting prices only. Prices will vary based on stylist’s education, experience, availability & time investment. Price is also determined by our guest’s hair length, thickness, condition & amount of product required. A complimentary consultation prior to receiving service is recommended.
When scheduling your appointment a $50 deposit may be required for any chemical services. This deposit will be considered non-refundable unless we receive notice of cancellation or reschedule of your appointment of at least 48 hours.

Satisfaction Policy
Our number one mission is excellent customer service. We always want our guests to be happy with our services. If for some reason, you did not get the results you hoped for, please call the salon within 1 week from the date of your appointment. We do not refund services, but we are happy to correct any service you are not satisfied with. Technicians work on commission so we always try to allow your technician the opportunity amend their work.
Appointment Policy
We may not be able to complete your service if you are more than 15 minutes late if there are guests scheduled after your appointment. If this is the case, you may be asked to reschedule or given the option to go to another stylist if available. If you repeatedly no show and/or cancel last minute, you will be asked for a deposit to schedule future appointments. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone we determine we can not please.
Child Policy
If you bring children with you to your appointment, your child or children must not be allowed to run around the salon. This is for your child’s safety, the safety of our employees, and for our other guests wanting to enjoy their services at Utopia.
VIP Program
We offer our most loyal guests free soda, wine, and snacks. They also qualify for 10% off all hair products. Guests qualify as VIPs by spending $600 in a year’s time, and/or 6 or more visits in a fiscal year.
Refund Policy
Services and Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Hair products may be exchanged or credit given 30 days from time of purchase. Must have proof of purchase from Utopia Salon. We may refuse credit or exchange for products that have been mostly used.
